I located this map at http://www2.reliefweb.int/rw/rwb.nsf/db900SID/MNIN-7ZNMTT?OpenDocument. It provides a good description of the populations affected by the disaster, they're locations and point of impact. It allows others to visually see the populations affected by city and location.
